Speechless…

…for a while now we wanted to say THANK you!

Thank you God for everyone who donated to this cause… their support and love left us speechless and grateful; we pray God will reward their kindness the way only He knows how to!!!

The other day, we have received a call asking for the account of the Foundation in Timor-Leste, because someone dear to our heart wanted to make a donation… the list grew since… and now because of them, stories were written… some with happy endings, some not, some in the blog, some in the hearts of those involved.. but all written in Heaven.

Touching stories… some gave to build a well in Timor… some although did not have much, loved much… some have recently moved between countries, they had expenses, children to raise… but God talked to their heart and they listened.

… some donated all the way from Japan, Portugal, London and Australia as well… some gave of their retirement security… some gave from the mites (Luke 21:1-4) that they had … some, during a global crisis and in spite of economic uncertainty, decided to sell some things from the house, sheds, etc, and the money earned was donated… 💌 … we are speechless!

It just never ceases to amaze us how God works… when we think there’s not much hope … especially when things look gloomy in the world… God shines through/in people!

THANK YOU!

Landing in Dili is always exciting. It is like coming home: the familiar sights & sounds, the warm humid rush of air as you exit the plane, the walk across the tarmac to immigration & customs trying to remember your Tetum language skills as you prepare to greet the immigration officials. But this time it…
